The fine print.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating a Directo account or using directo.co.in, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Directo.

2. Who can use Directo

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Directo account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping your account secure.

3. Your account

• One account per person — don't create multiple accounts, or use someone else's.
• You're responsible for the matches you log and the accuracy of the scores you submit.
• Your starting rating is self-reported and can't be changed after account creation — from that point, it only moves based on your logged match results.

4. How the rating and match system works

When you log a match, any partner or opponent with a Directo account gets a window to confirm or dispute it before it locks in and ratings update. A match logged as "Friendly" is recorded for your own history but never affects anyone's rating. A match involving someone with no Directo account is also recorded but doesn't move rating or reliability, since there's no one on the other side to confirm it. Disputed matches are reviewed and resolved by Directo admins, whose decision on the recorded result is final.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Log fake, exaggerated, or manipulated match results
• Use another player's phone number, name, or account without their knowledge
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, including through match notifications or the contact form
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt Directo's systems

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Matches happen off-platform

Directo helps you track and rate matches you play — it doesn't organize venues, courts, or bookings, and isn't responsible for what happens at an actual match. Any arrangements you make with other players, and the matches themselves, are between you and them, at your own risk.

7. No warranty, limited liability

Directo is provided "as is". We work to keep ratings accurate and the app running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Directo isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

You can stop using Directo and request account deletion at any time via our contact page. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Directo after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
