Payment is made before your session via UPI. Once your booking is confirmed, we send the exact amount and UPI details on WhatsApp. Complete payment within one hour to secure your slot.
Fill out the coach application, which takes 3–4 minutes. We reply on WhatsApp within 24 hours to set up a short call. No listing fees during our launch phase.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session. Within 24 hours, the coaching fee is refundable but the court booking fee is non-refundable, since the coach has already committed to the court on your behalf.
Yes. When you book a session, you can add the phone numbers of the other players joining you. It’s optional, but if you do, the booking shows up on their dashboards too and they get the same WhatsApp updates you do.
When you create a player account, you pick a starting level from 1 to 7 based on how you’d describe your game. From there, your rating moves based on the matches you log, settling in as you play more.
From your player dashboard, you can log any padel you play, coaching sessions booked through Directo or matches against other players, set by set. Sessions booked through Directo show up automatically; matches you log yourself can include partners and opponents too.
