Free to use

Creating a Directo account, logging matches and tracking your rating are free. Nothing is charged for these, so there is nothing to refund.

Paid services

If Book Direct Technologies Pvt Ltd offers a paid service on Directo (for example booking a coaching session), the price, the cancellation rules and the refund conditions for that service are shown to you before you pay and apply to that purchase.

• If a booking is cancelled in time under its stated rules, or the provider cancels, the amount paid for it is refunded in full.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take a few business days to appear.
• Amounts that were charged by mistake, or charged twice, are always refunded.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@directo.co.in with your booking reference and a short description. We review every request and reply within a few business days.
